I hope this blog has made a powerful impact on how you think about animal testing.

I chose this issue because I feel the safety of animals and animal testing isn't being raised enough and the word or definition of community is being limited. Animals have a right to feel safe, they are part of our community. Because they can't speak up for themselves they are suffering silently so they need someone else to bring up this issue for them. Animal welfare is an important issue to me so I want to raise the awareness.

I chose this way to present it because how many views will one poster see sitting in your class room? Whereas the whole world can see this and interact and comment. I have displayed it this way so I branch out to more people with this issue, that way it will raise more awareness.

I have made this visual information very effective with the bold, different colours used to display this text. I have also retrieved my information from a range of places to back it up. A Survey online and in my class, YouTube videos, and very visual effective photos. Research I have done on the web I have re-worded into my own text.

This issue is not the most prominent one in the community, which is why I am trying to raise the awareness of it.  When we think about community, we just think about us which is selfish.  If you think about it, animals are very much a part of our community as they bring us much companionship and happiness.
